How it Began
In 2014 we set out to raise food for our family and provide a diverse learning environment for our children. We grew our first cutting flowers as a fun project with the kids, and that is when Christy fell in love with flowers. Over the course of a couple years we added more cut flowers into our plantings and expanded our offerings to the community. In 2018 we grew more flowers than vegetables, and at the end of the season we decided from then on our focus would be cut flowers. We are now Seven Petal Flower Farm and we grow all types of specialty cut flowers for markets, designers and florists, and as special orders.
Sustainable Growing Practices
Here at Seven Petal Flower Farm our flowers are grown using organic and sustainable methods. We cultivate many different varieties of both annuals and perennials including dahlias, lisianthus, sunflowers, zinnias, lilies, tulips, peonies, and more.

We have several options for you to get your hands on our beautiful blooms! We sell mixed market bouquets at the Havre de Grace Farmers Market, have flower CSA shares during season, & sell buckets of blooms to customers who choose to do their own flowers for events.
